What office memberships can I get?
CentaClub members are not for profit or organisations whose ideals we support or they work in our vision & VollieClub are local volunteer groups. CentaClub ($110 per year) members are classed as affiliate and therefore do not have association voting rights. Both entitle the user to discounted room hire and newsletters. VollieClub ($55 per year) members are entitled to volunteer referrals or placement, newsletters, support and FactFile display one free room hire per calendar month.

Check-in is from 8.45am and check-out is at 4.45pm. If you need to extend your stay, just discuss with reception at booking.
Back to topDo I have to pay a bond?
Like any hotel style facility, yes we take a credit card imprint or bond. Bond fees will be relesed upon settling the bill at the end of your stay. We can then take your charges and reimburse the remainder or invoice separately. Credit customers do not need to pay a bond however during our initial bookings period, a $1000 bond must be paid by all clients who want a guaranteed office on a regular day.

You have a lockable cabinet in your office for item & document storage. All offices are lockable and we do have surveilance cameras – other than that, everything else it at your risk. We do not mind though if you leave your diamond ring on the desk as a tip for us on check-out!

Each office has the option of connecting a telephone. The cost of local (as far as Balingup) and STD Calls are charged and an itemised list provided on checkout. We have some great rates through our provider though so we don’t charge the earth for each call.

No worries, as long as it is 24 hours earlier. Anything after that – just like any hotel room you rent, offers no refunds. Why? Unfortunately, we do have to maintain our overheads – we cant usually rent it out in 24 hours!

If you are a regular hirer, we will have given you a swipe card. Just give us a call and we will grant access to your card for the required times. If you are a new hirer we will arrange a card in our after hours box or give you a code you can programme into your mobile and dial for access. (I know, cool - hey!)

We have an awesome reception and admin who go out of their way to accommodate your needs during business hours. They will manage all your calls, meet and greet your clients and direct as you request.

Easy, an after hours phone is at our main entrance. When your client arrives, they follow the instructions. Anyone who calls the centre after hours are given a list of offices – remember to tell them what office you are in…

Visit our Contact Us Page for easy directions or timings from any direction. Remember we have roadworks, big trucks, sometimes tree limbs and even the occasional Perth person not totally used to country driving. Anyway, the point is - allow some extra time for travel, including rest breaks.

We loooove cash. But can do eftpos, eft (for our credit approved clients) visa & mastercard or cheque (if you don’t look too shifty).

We have limited parking behind our building, a small but reasonable carpark that adjoins our building and street parking is also available. We have extremely limited reserved bays available for an extra charge.

You are in luck, we do have 1/2 day office prices and even offer 2hr bookings for our other facilities. Your 1/2 day must be between 9-1 or 1-5.

Easy, just let us know beforehand and we can arrange separate entrances and rooms. We even have a specially designed mediation offices.

Sorry, one per office! Our window side offices can on occasion accommodate two staff if they are having appointments with individuals.

All invoices are generated upon check-out for all daily or consecutive day hires.

We do occasionally have permanent organisations at the Centre, however all requests must be made in writing through our board and require significant argument as to how our Centre will assist your community service by renting office space 24/7.

Can we please have free access to your service? Sorry, we are VERY cheap. On special occasions you may apply in writing for discount from the Board but it needs to be for a great reason, organisation or cause.
