Extra charges occur for a technician throughout conference & must be prearranged. (Conferences don't usually require a technician throughout)
Testing of System: Please provide us with the ISDN or IP details at least one week prior to the Conference so we can arrange for a test of the system, if we do not receive these details, the Conference may not be successful. Other equipment: MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED

System: Polycom system with two monitors
Space: We have two spaces for conferences and can cater for a small group (in an office setting) or large numbers (in our meeting room)
Payment: Unless otherwise arranged, accounts are sent within the first week of the month on a thirty-day payment period and include room hire plus any administration services you use (photocopying, faxing, phone calls etc).
Alteration of booking: We understand that as with any business your hire dates or requirements may alter from time to time and we are prepared to have a certain amount of flexibility with this, however cancellation fees may be charged. If you do need to change at least couple of weeks notice would be appreciated and alterations are subject to availability.
We provide video conference via ISDN & IP at 128kbps and 256kbps.
